1 15 oz can Health Valley gluten free cream of mushroom soup 2 cans Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna in Water, drained 8 oz Ancient Harvest Quinoa Supergrain Elbows (cooked and drained) Black Olives, 26 jumbo halved .25 cup Alpenrose Fat Free Cottage Cheese 2 oz grated Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 can, drained, Cut Green Beans No Salt Added .5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 cup Onions, chopped .5 cup crushed Rice Crispies Ground pepper onion powder red pepper flake Pam butter cooking spray
Preheat oven to 375. Saute onions in Pam Butter spray with red Pepper flakes. While the onions are cooking, in a medium sauce pan, combine mushroom soup, halved olives, cottage cheese, green beans onion powder and pepper to taste and heat through. Add onions to soup mix and stir to combine. Place cooked pasta in 9x9 glass baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam butter spray. Pour soup mixture onto pasta. Lightly stir to combine. Place drained tuna on the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Lightly combine. Top with grated mozzarella and rice crispies. Spray with Pam butter spray and cook uncovered for 30 - 40 min until golden brown on the top.
