Introduction

This is a recipe that my friend Jana shared with me that I fell in love with! Easy and delicious what more could you ask for. This could easily be modified for a low fat version but I was in a hurry and didn't take the time to plan it out. Sorry. This is a recipe that my friend Jana shared with me that I fell in love with! Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    16 oz spaghetti
    3 cloves of garlic
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tsp of salt
    10 oz can of rotel
    8 oz sour cream
    10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz of shredded mozzarella cheese
    16 oz of diced chicken
    8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

boil water, salt, garlic, oilive oil. add in noodles and cook for aprox 10-11 minutes stirring frequently. cook until noodles are al dente. remove from heat and drain.

in a bowl mix rotel, cream soup and sour cream. add in chicken and mozzarella. pour over noodles and mix together. mix in half of cheddar cheese and then sprinkle the remainder on top.

Serving Size: makes 16 one cup servings
