Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    * 3 tbsp Water
    * 2 tsp -Tones Beef Base,
    * 3 tbsp - Onions, dehydrated flakes
    * 2 tsp - Cumin -ground
    * 2 tbsp - Chili powder,
    * 3 cup - *El Mexicano, Mexican Style
    Pinto Beans,
    * 4 cup - Canned Tomatoes,

Directions

Into large saucepan bring water to simmer.
Add: A Beef Soup Base and dehydrated onions, the brown soup base will be absorbed by onions and they will soften and turn brownish, which will appear to be ground meat in the finished dish.

When the onions are completely re-hydrated add you cumin and chili powder. More or less to taste.

Add: a large can of beans- Mexican style pintos are low calorie, but other beans may be added- like red chili beans- but check to see if 3 cups are 360 calories if you are using the Nutritional Values for this recipe.

When beans have warmed, add a quart tomatoes. Canned will make chili faster but fresh tomatoes can be used.

If you like a spicey chili, you can add Red Pepper flakes without altering the calorie count.

Simmer till warm, and season to taste.

This Chili can be made in less than 10 minutes.
