1 Tspoon olive oil
2.Bring it to a boil and add the oil.
3.Let it boil for other 15 minutes.
4.Add chopped tomatoes, grated carrots and stripped celery.
5. In another pan, fry the onions cut in small semicircles, till their color turns to golden.
6.Add the onions in the pot.
7.Add water, so that the vegetables are covered.If you want a richer taste, you may add tomato paste instead.
8.Simmer till it is ready.
8. Five minutes before you turn off heat, add chopped parsley and dill, salt and pepper as much as you like.
