2 boiled chicken breasts
1 small red onion
100g chopped cabbage
2 big carrots
1 red chili pepper
2 limes juice
4 Tspoons oyster sauce
1 Tspoon sugar
a few chopped mint/spearmint leaves
2.Strip the onion and cover it with the sauce. Leave it there for 10 minutes.
3.Cut the boiled chicken breasts in small pieces and strip the carrots, the chili peppers.
4.Mix all the ingredients and add the onion.
5. Decorate with mint/spearmint leaves.
Serving Size: makes 2 bowl-servings
