IntroductionGreat in place of cheese for a vegan recipe or as a dip for parties! Great in place of cheese for a vegan recipe or as a dip for parties!
3 cups nuts (any will do, but I like macs and pines)
1/4 cup tamari or soy sacue
2/3 cups water
Juice of 1 lemon
3 cloves garlic, skins removed
1 slice of ginger, peeled
1/2 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients in high powdered blender and blend until smooth. If needed, add more water slowly.
Serving Size: Makes 48, 1Tbs servings
