Ingredients

1 cup steel cut oats
3.5 cups water
i/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup fat free half and half
1 tablespoon butter
Directions
Put water into rice cooker
toast steel cut oats in 1 table spoon of butter.
Add to rice cooker , set it and forget it. should take 40-45 minutes to cook. Add brown suger ,Stir until dissolved. Add 1/3 half and half. Makes 4 1 cup servings. Add fresh /dry fruit. refridgeate left overs. microwaves well.
