Berry Good Fruit Salad

Introduction

Fruit salad for people who don't normally like fruit salad. I made this for my husband and he LOVED it and he does not typically like fruit salad! Fruit salad for people who don't normally like fruit salad. I made this for my husband and he LOVED it and he does not typically like fruit salad!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 large apple, cut into bite size pieces
    1 large navel orange, separated into sections
    1 large banana
    3 slices fresh pineapple cut into bite size pieces
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1/2 cup raspberries
    1/2 cup blackberries
    1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut
    15 pecan halves, chopped
    6 oz yogurt, Yoplait light triple berry torte
    1/3 cup orange juice (tropican plus calcium)
    Juice of 1 lemon
    1-1/2 Tbsp honey
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    3/4 tsp gound cinnamon

Directions

Dressing: In a jar with a tight lid, combine the last 6 ingredients and shake well, set aside.
Fruit Salad: In a large container or glass bowl combine all of the fruit with the coconut and pecans. Pour the dressing over fruit and gently toss until combined. Refrigerate for about an hour before serving.

Serving Size: makes approximately 10 3/4 cup servings
