Introduction

A simple, easy to make homemade meatball. A simple, easy to make homemade meatball.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound 92% or leaner beef (or turkey)
    1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1-2tbsp garlic powder (depends on how strong you like it)
    1 tbsp Italian seasoning mix
    2 tsp Grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Break meat up into bowl. Add dry ingredients and mix loosely with hands. Form into approximately 1 inch balls and form tightly. Saute in pan until lightly browned on all sides. After they are cooked, you can add the sauce of your choice and let them simmer in it.

Serving Size: Makes 6 3-4 piece servings
