Lamb, Ground, 14 oz
Precooked Brown Rice, 1 cup
Scallions, 2 medium (4-1/8" long)
Crushed Pineapple in Unsweetend Pineapple Juice, drained, 1 cup
Bragg Liquid Amino, 1 tsp
Ginger, ground, .5 tsp
mix all ingredients. shape and place on pan. cook for 25 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees.
serve warm with sweet and sour sauce.
