    4 medium tomatoes - seeded and chopped
    fresh parsley - chopped
    fresh garlic chives - chopped
    minced garlic - equivalent to 1 to 1 1/2 cloves
    fresh basil - chopped
    extra light olive oil (1/3 cup)
    salt and pepper to taste


Mix everything in glass bowl. Cover and put in fridge for at least an hour.

Serving Size: Makes approximately ten 1/4 cup servings
