A big fruity breakfast smoothie to keep you going until lunch. Also pretty good as a post workout smoothie I think because of the potassium in the banana... Ingredients

    one small banana, peeled and choppes

    2 small fresh apricots, pits removed and chopped

    one 4oz container of low fat yoghurt (can replace plain with apricot or banana flavour if desired)

    one cup of pineapple juice (100% juice, no added sugar)

Directions

Place ingredients in blender, zzzzzzzz, and pour... easy!

Serving Size: makes one BIG serving or 2 smaller ones
