Introduction

This was just a throw together meal made because I didnt want to spend too much time in the kitchen as the temperature was in the high 80's and just wanted something nice and fairly quick. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    *Boneless Pork Loin Roast, 6 oz (remove)Cut into 1/4 inch cubes
    GV Cooked Ham 97% Fat Free (1 slice=1 Serving), 4 serving (remove)Cut into 1/4 inch slices
    GV Frozen Sugar Snap Stir-Fry 3/4 cup = 1 Serving, 6 serving (remove)(1lb package)
    *Bell Pepper - Red - 1 large (164 gram), 80 gram(s) (remove)(I used 1/2 a red pepper) slice into strips
    *Dynasty Sliced Water Chestnut (1/2 cup drained = 1 serving), 2 serving (remove)
    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup (remove)(1 cup raw rice - cooked)
    1-2-3 Vegetable Oil Cholesterol Free, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Add seasonings and spices as you require (I used some ground ginger and soy sauce)

Directions

Cook veggies in skillet with 2 tbls of oil for approx 10 mins.
Add Other ingredients and cook through, then Add the cooked rice, stir and serve.
