    5 cups Chicken stock, tailgate style
    Garlic, 5 cloves
    *Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa,.25 cup dry,
    *green lentil .5 cup
    Beans, black one can
    *Okra, frozen, cooked, 1 package (10 oz.
    .5 pkg frozen spinach
    2 oz. chicken

Directions

Simmer quinoa, garlic and lentils in stock for 20 minutes then add beans and okra and simmer a little longer.
