10 Tablespoons splenda 1.5 cups of golden dried figs cut in small pieces 0.25 cup lime juice.
Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan. Mash fig mixture with potato masher untill combined. Let stand for 2 hours. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat. Reduice heat , simmer for 30 minutes. Mixture will be thick. Stir occasionally. Cool completely. Cover and chill overnight. Put in container and store in the fridge. If you are using black mission figs, which are sweeter you might want to decress the sugar.
