Ingredients

1 pound Lean Ground Beef
1 cup Diced Tomatoes (I like the petit cut with onions and garlic)
4 Tablespoons Ketchup (I like the Hunt's Natural)
1 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Egg Substitute
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons (packed) Brown Sugar
Tips
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, except 1 T of the Ketchup, Cider Vinegar and Brown Sugar. Combine using your hands. Spray a muffin tin pan with nonstick spray and fill with meat mixture. Mix remaining ketchup, cider vinegar and brown sugar in a small bowl. Brush or spoon over muffins. Bake for approximately 35 minutes at 350.
