Introduction

recipe for the Redi set go machine. I just made this tonight and it is awesome. I dont even like Italian dressing, but as far as the cooking goes might want to adjust the time to 12 minutes because the rice wasn't quite done, plus turn the chicken over at least half way thru. Ingredients

    1 sm can Pineapple Tidbits in 100 percent Pineapple Juice, juice reserved
    italian dressing, 1/4 cup
    Instant White Rice, .5 cup
    2 -4oz Chicken, Boneless Skinless (it calls for thighs but I'm sure u can use a breast if u want)

Directions

Combine Italian dressing with 1/4 cup pineapple juice and chicken in plastic bag.
Marinate 30 minutes to overnight.
Preheat Xpress, spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
Place rice in well with 2 T pineapple tidbits
Top with chicken, opening to form single layer
Spoon 2T marinade into well.
Close lid, cook 8 - 10 minutes until chicken is done.

Serving Size: 2 servings of 4oz chicken and rice
