Simple Apple Crisp

Ingredients

2 c Oatmeal
1 c. unsweetened apple juice
3 large apples (Golden Delicious)
3 T Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
2 T Cinnamon
1 t. Ginger
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 T Flour
15 sprays, I Can't Believe it's not butter spray
Directions
Makes 12 servings
Peel, core and slice apples into wedges. In a 9 x 13 glass casserole dish, mix 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 T. Splenda brown sugar blend, and 1 c. apple juice. Then add apple slices in one layer. Sprinkle 1 T of Cinnamon on top of apples.
In a separate bowl, mix oatmeal, ginger, 1 T of cinnamon, 2 T splenda brown sugar blend and butter spray until slightly moist. Crumble oatmeal mixture on top of apples.
Bake for 30 minutes for 30 to 40 minutes.
