Jacki's Meat Loaf

Introduction

Meatloaf the way my mother use to make. No salt is added. Great leftover sandwiches. Meatloaf the way my mother use to make. No salt is added. Great leftover sandwiches.

Ingredients

    extra lean ground beef, red onion, celery, oatmeal, brown rice, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
In bowl mix catsup, Worcestershire sauce, egg; add oatmeal and rice. Dice onion and celery cook on medium high heat until onion is clear. Mix in liquid add ground beef. Place in meatloaf pan or regular loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.

Serving Size: 8 1 inch slices
