    1 cucumber
    2 medium ripe tomatoes
    4 tblspn lite rice vinegar
    1 tblspn ground oregano

Directions

peel and slice cucumbers
cut tomatoes into thin wedges
add rice vinegar and oregano
let sit in fridge for at least 20 minutes
serve
