Bean & Egg Breakfast Burritto

Introduction

Basic breakfast burrito with beans. Recipe can be modified with additions, but this is just a basic burritto. Basic breakfast burrito with beans. Recipe can be modified with additions, but this is just a basic burritto.

Ingredients

    1 egg
    Seasoning (I used Tony's)
    1 oz of shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
    1.5 oz of canned kidney beans, rinsed off
    2 oz of salsa
    1 flour tortilla

Directions

Scramble egg in bowl. Spray cooking spray in skillet and heat.
Add egg and cooked until completely cooked. Warm flour tortilla in microwave for a couple of seconds. After egg is completed, add egg on top of tortilla. Add the cheese, then salsa and bean. Roll up into burrito and enjoy.
