    4 eggs
    1/2 cup diced tomatoes
    4 white mushrooms sliced
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    4 dashes hot sauce
    salt & pepper
    fiesta chheese 1/4 cup


saute mushrooms & tomatoes add egg mixture scramble together cook to likeness warm tortilla put cheese on then spoon egg mixture fold
