Introduction

Ingredients

    Beef chuck, 1.5 lb
    Potato, raw, 12 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)
    Green Giant Cut Green Beans (1 Can)
    Beans, white (1 Can)
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Good Seasons Italian Recipe Mix, 19 gram(s)
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

Directions

Prep slow cooker pot with non-stick spray, place chuck on bottom center - lightly sprinkle roast with onion powder and black pepper. Wash and chop up your potatoes and place around roast. Pour in your water. Drain your beans and plop 'em on top of everything. Sprinkle your Italian dry mixture packet over the entire thing, then place your 2 Tbsp of butter on the top of all that in the very middle. I waited pretty late in the day to start so I set the slow cooker to High but if you start earlier you can use Low (which would probably result in a more tender roast)...
