Shannon's Chicken Salad

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 c boiled chicken breast, cooked and cooled
    1/4 c chopped walnuts
    1 c chopped green pepper, diced small
    1 c chopped red pepper, diced small
    Onion chopped, optional
    1/4 c dried cranberries, diced small
    2 C light mayo, I use Fit and Active from Aldis ( can use light Miracle Whip if you prefer)
    Mrs Dash Onion and Herb to taste

Directions

Chop chicken. Add chopped walnuts, peppers. onion, cranberries, toss all together. Fold in Mayo or Miracle whip ( I actually used half mayo, and half miracle whip). Season with Mrs Dash!!!! Great on Whitewheat bread!!!
