Ingredients

    Tuna, Canned in Water, 5 oz
    Regular Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp
    Sweet Pickle Relish, 3 tbsp
    Dill Seasoning 1 tsp
    Non Fat Cottage Cheese, 0.5 cup
    3 Hard-boiled Eggs Grade A Large

Directions

1. Peel and mash the hard-boiled eggs in a bowl
2. Combine all other ingredients with eggs and mix
3. Use as sandwich filling or on greens as a salad protein.
