Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 0.75 cup (remove)
*Amablu Gorgonzola Cheese, 3 oz (remove)
*Olive Oil, Kirkland, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Potato: Red potato (large), 600 gram (remove)
*Dill - Gourmet Garden Dill Herb Blend (3/4 tsp, 4g), 0.75 tsp (remove)
**Kraft Parmesan, Romano, and Asiago cheese, 0.25 cup (remove)
Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 2 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) (remove)
Mix to combine ricotta, gorgonzola and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Spread over 2 large pita breads and top with 3 parboiled and thinly sliced potatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15 - 29 minutes or until golden. Top with dill and shaved parmesan.
