Pop's Garlic Oil

Introduction

I grew up eating this in a lot of our dishes. Can be used for just about anything. Very easy I grew up eating this in a lot of our dishes. Can be used for just about anything. Very easy
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    12- cloves of garlic

    1 and a half cup of Canola or Vegetable oil.
    **note: I haven't tried this with another oil, such a Olive oil**

Directions

Remove the skin from the garlic cloves and place into a food processor. You want a fine mince for you garlic, so process for about a minute or so.

Then place garlic in a container and pour the oil over the garlic. Place lid on and store in refrigerator. I don't know how long you can keep it in the fridge because we use it constantly but I do know it has never gone bad, even after a month.

*I use an old cool whip bowl, that I keep just for the oil. So whatever container you decide to use, keep that container just for your garlic oil*
