Ingredients

    Ingredients:-1cup gram flour, 1cup water, 1tsp sugar, 1tsp salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp soda bi carbonate, 1/4 tsp citric acid,1/2 tsp fruit salt.
    For tempering:- 1tbsp oil, 1tsp mustard seeds, 4 tsp sugar, 3cups water, 3-4 curry leaves, 2-3 green chilli deseeded, 1/2 tsp citric acid and length wise sliced.
    For garnishing-4tbsp coriander leaves chopped and 2 tbsp grated coconut.

Directions

Method:-
1.Grease microwave safe dish with oil.Keep it aside.
2. Mix all the ingredients, lastly add fruit salt.
3.Quickly mix the batter and pour into prepared dish.
4.keep the dish on the turn table of the microwave.
5.Press Power/microwave button Set power 900watt. Set time 4 min. and then press start.
6.Keep the prepared Dhokla aside to cool.
7.Take another microwave safe dish.
8. Put water , sugar, citric acid and green chilli in the bowl.
9. Prepare tempering on gas- Take a frying pan.Heat oil and put mustard seeds and curry leaves.Pour prepared tempering in the water mixture and micro wave for 2min. Cool. Cut Dhokla into pieces and pour cooled tempering over it.Garnish with coriander leaves and 2tbsp grated coconut. Serve chilled.
