1 1/2 lbs. Jenny-O Ground Turkey 1 c. chopped Green Pepper 7 oz. Sliced Mushrooms 1/2 Med. Onion diced 3 Cloves of Gralic minced 3 Cans Light red kidney beans rinsed 3 cans Chili Beans rinsed 5 Roma tomatoes peeled and cut up 3 Quarts of Home canned tomatoes 9 (3 /4 c.) 3 T. Chili Powder or to taste 2 T. Garlic Powder
Brown onion, and musrooms, and garlic, then add ground turkey and brown and drain off the fat. Rinse the canned beans and set aside. Puree one quart of the tomatoes in food processor, and add with canned tomatoes and peeled Roma's. Add green pepper and spices and bring to a boil and let simmer until thickened, adding water if needed. Then add the beans and let simmer for until desired flavor adding more seasonings if necessary.
