Shrimp Pasta Alfredo

Ingredients

Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole wheat spaghetti style pasta (dry), 8 oz
Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz
White Wine, 2 fl oz
Land O Lakes, Light Butter, Salted, 4Tbsp,
Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 4 oz.(cut into small chunks)
Parmesan Cheese, hard, 2 oz grated
Garlic, 1 clove pressed or finely chopped
Fresh parsley,2 tbsp. chopped fine
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions.
Meanwhile, melt butter in another pan, add garlic and saute. Add wine and cook rapidly for 3-4 minutes to cook off the alcohol. Add cream cheese and melt. Add half of the parmesan cheese. If the sauce gets too thick, you may add some of the pasta water. Add shrimp to sauce. Pull the pasta out when cooked thoroughly and put into sauce. If the sauce is too thin, cook down as desired. Turn off heat and top with remaining parmesan and parsley. Makes 4 servings.
