IntroductionVery light, steamed snack, easy to make just 4 min in the microwave. Very light, steamed snack, easy to make just 4 min in the microwave.
Ingredients- 1cup gram flour, 1cup water, 1tsp salt, 1tsp sugar,1/2tsp soda bi carbonate,1/4 tsp citric acid,1/4tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp fruit salt
For tempering:-1tbsp oil, 1tsp mustard seeds,3-4 curry leaves,3-4 green chillies length wise sliced,4 tsp sugar,3 cups water,1/2 tsp citric acid.
To garnish-4 tbsp coriander leaves chopped, 4tbsp grated coconut.
1.Grease microwave proof dish.
2.Take another bowl, put all the ingredients mix properly and pour into pre greased dish.
3.Put the dish on the turn table.
4.Press microwave button set 900watt. time 4min and then press start.
5.It is ready after 4min keep it aside.
6.Take a frying pan heat oil in it.(on Gas)
7.Put mustard seeds,green chillies and curry leaves.Put off the gas.
8.Take another microwave safe dish. Pour in 3 cups water, add sugar, citric acid and prepared tempering.
9.Microwave for 3min.cool
10. Cut prepared Dhokla into 6 pieces and pour prepared tempering over it. Keep it covered with cling film in the fridge for 1hour.Serve chilled.
