Delicious grape salad with half the calories Delicious grape salad with half the calories
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Cups- Grapes (Cut in half)
    0.5 Cup- Low Fat Cottage Cheese
    2 Tbsp- Low Fat Sour Cream
    2 Tbsp- Low Fat Cream Cheese
    2 Tbsp- Granulated Sugar
    1 Tbsp- Brown Sugar
    1/2 Granola Bar (Crushed)

Directions

Makes 4 1/2 Cup Servings

1. Wash and half grapes. Set aside in bowl.
2. Mix in blender: Cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and granulated sugar in blender (will be slightly chunky when finished).
3. Stir blended ingredients into bowl with grapes, add crushed granola and brown sugar. Combine until grapes evenly coated.
4. Allow to chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes before serving.
