Maggie's Veggie Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

    Canned Tomatoes, 5 cup (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 3 large (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips (remove)
    Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Brown onion garlic peppers in 1 tbsp coconut oil and 2 tbsp olive oit soft but still colorful onions and garlic browned
Assemble all other ingrediants in to crock pot
Cook for 8 hours on high
6 1 cup servings put in freezer
