Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 medium apples

    1 t. cinnamon

    2 T. truvia

    Pillsbury Grand jr. buttermilk biscuits

    flour (to roll out biscuits)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Skin and chop up apples. Mix together cinnamon and truvia in a separate bowl. Mix together apples and 3/4 cinnamon truvia mix (other 1/4 will be brushed on top).

Roll out biscuit to make a circle. Add apple mixture and fold biscuit to make a half circle.

Brush a little water on top of half circle. Add cinnamon truvia mixture on top.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8.
