devised this as a sub for subway's version at home devised this as a sub for subway's version at home
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    168 grams of red seedless grapes, chopped
    119 grams of finely diced apple
    .5 cp. Duke's low fat mayo
    1 medium stalk of celery finely diced
    1-2 tsp. curry, to satisfy your taste
    canned white meat chicken, 7 oz., break up with fork

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and store in lidded container.


Serving Size: I weighed out total after completion and divided by 4

    Is about 3/4 cup diced apple and about 1.25 cups grapes
