1 spaghetti squash, approximately 8" long
0-calorie Butter spray
Dried Herbs to taste (some combination of oregano, parsley, sage, basil, thyme, or any other herb that you'd like)
Spray one half of the squash with the butter spray and sprinkle with salt and herbs to taste.
Microwave each half of the squash for 6-7 mins (bigger squash = more time)
Scoop out the "spaghetti" and serve.
Serving suggestions: add another squirt of butter spray and more spices; or a bit of tomato sauce.
