Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup
2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding
2 tubs of Cool Whip Lite
1 package of low fat graham crackers
Pecans, 1 cup, chopped
2 table spoons of All spice or sub. cinnamin and nutmeg
1 cup skim milk
Mix pumpkin, vanilla pudding mix, milk, spices and 1 tub of cool whip with beaters.
Pour mixture ontop of graham crackers.
spread the remaining cool whip tub over pumpkin mixture and top with remaining pecans.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
