    1C frozen strawberries
    1C V-8 Diet Splash
    1/2C Unsweetened Almond Breeze
    1small or 1/2 large frozen banana
    2 scoops Met Rx Protein Plus Powder
    Splenda to taste

Directions

put it in the blender and blend until smooth.
Serves one about 24 ounces once it is blended, the blending whips in air.
