Ingredients

    This is a guideline for fruit and greens, however you may use whatever you have available!

    6 cups leafy greens
    2 apples
    3 carrots
    1 mango
    1 lemon

Directions

Feed whole fruit and vegetables through the processor.
For greater yield do a second pressing.
Pour over ice and drink immediately or store in refrigerator for later.

Serving Size: Makes about 4 six ounce servings
