Red new Potato, 8-10 small
*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 tbsp
*Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
*Pepper, white, 0.5 tsp
Red Onions 1/2 small , chopped fine
2. Mix the mustard, vinegar, oil, pepper and onion in a large bowl. Add the potatoes and toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate. Serve cold.
