Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pkg frozen fish - pollock 4oz (indiv serv)
    1 whole onion chopped (202g)
    1 cup Hunts no sugar spaghetti sauce
    Broccoli, chopped (175g)
    Cauliflower, chopped (219g)
    Cabbage, chopped (462g)
    1T Old Bay Seasoning
    Water, 4-5 cups


Directions

Cut up ingredients, put in crock pot. Mix seasoning with water and pour over all. Cook in crock pot for 4-5 hours on high, or 6-8 hours on low.

Serving Size: Makes 10 1-Cup servings
