Ingredients

    3/4 cup natural unsalted peanut butter, smooth
    3 eggs - I use 3 jumbo farm fresh
    2 T sugar free vanilla Torani sweetner
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon sea salt


    Mix peanut butter with a mixer until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one, Add in remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
