IntroductionLight and fluffy with a mild chocolate flavor. Light and fluffy with a mild chocolate flavor.
1-1/4 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/4 cup corn starch
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup skim milk
3/4 cup egg whites
Add milk and beat until smooth.
Put egg whites in separate bowl and beat to a stiff peak.
Fold egg whites into chocolate batter.
Prepare a 9x13 inch pan with non stick spray.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
Serving Size: 9x13 inch cake pan into 24 pieces
Sprinkle with powdered sugar for a little 'extra' (not included in calorie count)
