Chicken Paprika

Introduction

Low Carb - serve with a side of greens Low Carb - serve with a side of greens
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 chicken breast, cut in half
    1 bell pepper, cut in strips
    2T oil
    1 small onion, dices
    2c canned tomatoes
    1 clove garlic
    2T sour cream
    seasonings
    fresh parsley to garnish

Directions

*Brown chicken in the oil. Transfer to plate.
*Drain most of fat; fry onion, garlic, gree pepper & seasonings, about 5 min., until onion is soft.
*Add tomatoes & bring to a boil, scraping bottom of skillet. Return chicken & juices to skillet & simmer until chicken is cooked through. (may be placed in oven).
*Garnish with sour cream & parsley.
