Banana Walnut Muffins

Ingredients

    1.25 C flour
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    4 Tbsp butter, room temp.
    .75 C sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    .75 mashed banana (3 med.)
    .5 C chopped walnuts/pecans
    .33 C milk

Directions

sift flour and powder
cream butter, sugar, add egg, vanilla. mix in banana, add pecans
with mixer on low speed beat in flour mixture alternately with milk into butter mix...
spoon into lined muffin tin
bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cake tester inserted in center comes out clean
