Chicken Stir-fry/1 cup serving

Ingredients

    chicken breasts (3) boneless, skinless
    4 tbsp lite soy sauce
    1/2 can peas
    1/2 can asparagus
    1 sm can mushrooms
    2 eggs, beaten
    1c baby carrots
    2c broccolli flowerettes
    2c brown rice-cooked

Directions

cut chicken into bite size pieces
marinate in soy sauce several hours or over night
stir-fry vegtables with chicken and marinate
add egg
add cooked rice
serve
