    12 TBSP ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS
    1 TSP OLD BAY SEASONING
    12 OZ WILD CAUGHT COD FILETS

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES. COVER COOKIE SHEET WITH TIN FOIL SPRAYED WITH COOKING SPRAY. DIP FISH IN EGG. THEN COAT WITH BREADCRUMBS AND OLD BAY SEASONING. BAKE 15-20 MINUTES.
