Introduction

This is a modification of my first smoothie recipe with input from a nutritionist. Hubby and I are satisfied all morning. Try other frozen fruit for a different flavor. Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 cups frozen fruit
    1 cup whole milk
    1 cup plain yogurt
    2 tbsp flax meal
    2 scoops whey protein
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes two 2-cup servings
