Ingredients

    *yellow/zuc squash, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, 4 piece (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 4 medium (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Morning Star - Sausage Patties (Veggie) 1 Pattie, 2 serving (remove)
    Capers, canned, 1 tbsp, drained (remove)
    *Egg Substitute, Nulaid ReddiEgg, .75 cup (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz (remove)
    *Blue Cheese or Roquefort Cheese Salad Dressing, .25 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

saute veggies , lay in a 9x13 pan. pour egg over add cheese and bake on 350 for 25-30 min
