Introduction

A quick, tasty, and very healthy way to eat a burrito. A quick, tasty, and very healthy way to eat a burrito.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Whole Grain Flour Tortilla
    1 Boca Patty (your favorite variety) cooked and chopped or 1/2 cup Boca Crumbles
    1 tbsp light or fat free Sour Cream
    1/2 cup shredded lettuce
    1/4 cup diced tomatoes
    Your favorite hot sauce!

Directions

Evenly place all ingredients onto tortilla. Roll it up and enjoy.

This would also be great if you added cheese, jalapenos, onions, refried beans, etc. Or you could easily make it a wrap by using turkey, or chicken instead of Boca and mayo, Miracle Whip, or mustard instead of sour cream.

Serving Size: Makes 1 plump burrito.
